For as long as I can remember I have loved dancing. Some of my fondest memories are taking dance classes as a kid, trying to follow the choreography from music videos and making up dances with my friends. I have always been drawn to romance books with dancing in them whether it be a club scene or a performance. Nothing to me shows chemistry and sexual tension between two people like moving their bodies together through dance.
With all of these books, dance isn't just something the characters do but its a part of them. Not dancing would be like not breathing. I really love the passion they have for dance as much as the passion they have for each other.

If you like enemies to lovers/forced proximity you will love this one. I mean imagine being in close contact with someone you have amazing chemistry with but you hate their guts.

Broadway hotshot Nik Kovalenko is a confirmed bachelor.As a reformed Dancing with the Stars junkie, I really loved this series. I really can't say enough good things about these books. FYI my favorite ballroom dance is the paso doble.

While Natalie Frederico has shown herself to be a prodigy when it comes to ballet, she much prefers modern dance and living on her own terms. Life is too short for anything else. However, when the opportunity to dance with the New York City Ballet is thrust upon her, it’s not like she could say no. Dealing with the company’s uptight lead is another story, however. When the two are forced to work side-by-side, sparks begin to fly onstage and off.
This is the typical free spirit vs uptight character romance. Ana was so rigid in her regimin and dance but Natalie brought out a fun side in her. And Ana brought a sort of discipline to Natalie's dance.
