I enjoyed this book. This was my first read in the Misadventures Series but it definitely won’t be my last.
For some reason, I didn’t read the blurb for this book so I was just as surprised as Kate was to realize Price was not dead as we all thought. So the question is why did Price fake his death? In this book we get to the bottom of that story but its more about the reconnection between Kate and Price. There are a lot and I mean A LOT of sexy times between them. I can say the romantic suspense parts of the story were not predictable but it did wrap up a little too nicely for me. The main theme of the story to me was building the trust again between Kate and Price and I think these authors did a good job of bring that story to life. Overall, this was a good read and I think many readers would enjoy the story so it’s a recommend from me.
